6 SIGNS THAT YOU ARE NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER

not drinking enough waterToday, we are going to discuss that liquid which plays an important role in our everyday life and is our life line.

WHAT??

What you just said??

It’s not alcohol…..

Get out of that, please I am serious right now!!

There is not much in this world more refreshing than a tall ice -cold glass of water…. I don’t think there is anyone alive that can deny that a simple glass of water can be more satisfying than a cup of coffee or can a soda and a glass of beer.

I know you will have objections to the last option…..

Despite this, too many of us do not drink enough water on daily basis. By depriving ourselves of the world’s most natural resource, we are damaging our bodies.

So here are some symptoms that you don’t drink enough H2o……

1.) YOUR MOUTH IS DRY

a

Drinking water lubricates the mucous in your mouth and will continue to keep your mouth moist with saliva long after the first sip.

2.) YOU FEEL FATIGUED AND LETHARGIC

b

If you deprive yourself of drinking water for a long time as we mentioned above.

This will result in a lack of properly hydrated blood which further leads to lack of oxygen being brought throughout their body and it is obvious that lack of oxygen leads to sleepiness and outright fatigue and because of this you will feel lethargic and will not be able to concentrate on your work.

3.) YOUR BODY MASS DECREASES

c

As we are all aware of the most known fact that more than half of the human body is of water though, our muscles are also comprised of water, therefore, less water in the body leads to less muscle mass.

Drinking water before or during a workout not only keeps you hydrated and comfortable but it also brings water at right places of your body and decreases the chance of pain during the workout.

I will suggest that while work out the ideal quantity of drinking water should not be more than 1/4th of the glass.

4.) YOU ARE EXPERIENCING DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS

e

We have already discussed the role of the mucus in our mouth and throat.

Now we will get in detail of the consequences of that and the most commonly experienced problem, which is digestive problems, without proper hydration the amount and strength of mucus in the stomach get low which allows some major damage to your insides.

So next time, be aware!!!

5.) YOU EXPERIENCE CONSTIPATION

d

Yeah, you heard it right like above I stated that it helps in lubricating the digestive system during the process of dehydration in the absence of it will land you in serious trouble.

Yeah, I mean it and this will become horrible if you don’t have a washroom nearby.

Jokes apart!!

Guys, make sure that sufficient amount of liquid is necessary for the lubricant of the intestines also.

6.) REDUCED URINATION AND PREMATURE AGING

f

Believe it or not, if you are not taking an enough trip to restrooms 4 to 7 times a day, you are probably not drinking enough water and when you should go, it should be light yellow or clear colour. If it is dark yellow the body is giving you an indication of dehydration.

Guess, WHAT’S NEXT??

Premature aging, yeah it is right and I know the girls out there will concentrate more on this point….

No, but all should concentrate after all who wants to appear old whether it is boy or girl, the amount of water in our bodies retained naturally decreases as we age, obviously, this means that as we get older we should consciously increase our water intake.

Now, after a long conversation….Will you excuse me as I have also become very thirsty.

But before going, I will give some crux that I drink water all the time and have a water bottle always with me…..Whether I am working or not I always have it with me.

As

“Precaution is better than cure”

The nostalgic line having a deep meaning.
