A snack such as popcorn only seems delicious in movie theaters …..How can it improve our health?

Well, I was really surprised as you people will be after reading this article….

Earlier popcorn used to be a good diet, but after the inclusion of salt and butter into it…..popcorn has become a part of unhealthy junk food.

There are a number of varieties of popcorn, including types that are meant to be cooked in a microwave, as well as other unaltered kernels that can be made in small appliances specifically made for popping corn.
